The law of God and the Ten Commandments was not given to GENTILES.
From Adam to Moses .
Roman’s 2:14-15
Ephesians 2:11-12
Ruben Tan Romans 4:3 Abraham's FAITH was counted as righteousness. Galatians 3:6 Abraham's FAITH was counted as righteousness. James 2:23 Abraham's FAITH was counted as righteousness.
We see no law given until Moses' time--no Sabbath laws. It was strictly faith.
Ruben Tan Yes we have a record of the 10 commandments being given to Israel by Moses. There was no Sabbath commandment prior to then. You must go with the written word--Old Covenant and New Covenant. The Sabbath (Old Covenant) was abolished by Christ's death on the cross.
To keep the Sabbath will not take you to Haven only by believing Jesus Christ, to the Jewish these people are definitely making heaven without any requirements they are God's chosen people they are the apple of His eyes and they will always go to heaven, demand to go to heaven is for us the gentiles not by keeping the Sabbath or doing good works will guarantee you to go to heaven,it is by believing Jesus Christ alone.
Nehemiah 9:14
You made known to them your holy Sabbath and gave them commands, decrees and laws through your servant Moses.
Nehemiah said sabbath was given to moses
Revelation 22:10-15 says NOTHING TO DO WITH the law! This is the fruit of darkness associated with Ellen White the false prophetess and her followers who BEAR FALSE WITNESS against the cross of Christ! We are called to expose her and them. Ephesians 5:11
We know the law was abolished by the New Covenant in Christ, but Ellen's servants want to continue telling you that you are under the law and Investigative Judgement--ALL LIES!!!
Richard Barcelona Yes, he wrote morality in the hearts of men--that's how Cain knew that killing his brother was wrong!
Colossians 2:16 Let no man judge you by what you eat or drink or regarding Sabbaths.
The actual law was given to Israel by Moses for the Jews under the Old Covenant. That was abolished by Christ's death on the cross.
He only commands us to love Him and to love one another under the New Covenant.
I'm old and have low energy. I'm able to do small bits of work only when I have energy. Sometimes I have energy on Saturday. By the Old Covenant, Jews were not even allowed to leave their house! They were commanded to keep ALL LAWS.
